We want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance electronics, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all hardware and accessories. If your device isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process for returns or technical exchanges.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Joso account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, cleared of personal data, and securely packed in its original packaging with all included cables and manuals.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
